Known for her warm and light-hearted demeanor, Dr. Rochelle works compassionately with each of her patients. Appreciating that the medical world can be confusing and intimidating, Dr. Rochelle leads her appointments in an inclusive manner, utilizing a patient-centered approach that ensures each patient feels heard. This means that she fosters a two-way dialog with her patients, striving to educate and empower her patients to better health.
Dr. Rochelle applies an integrative and evidence-based approach and considers the physical, mental, emotional and social factors that affect health. Having experienced digestive issues herself, Dr. Rochelle understands the important role that digestive health plays in one’s life – whether that is mental or physical health – and how when optimized, can improve energy, mood and quality of life.
Dr. Rochelle Harder earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver, BC and received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan.
