Dr. Amber Sereda graduated from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver, BC where she received the Clinical Excellence Award. She received her bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and Holistic Nutrition certification at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Dr. Sereda believes in individualized, patient-centered care to help her patients achieve optimal health. She utilizes evidence-based medicine, which includes a combination of in-depth personal and family history taking, diagnostic testing, and using current research to formulate a treatment plan. She understands the importance of teaching her patients about the complexity of the human body and how their everyday choices can affect their health and quality of life. Many disorders begin in the gut, making digestion a main foundation of health. Dr. Sereda places heavy emphasis on repairing and optimizing digestive function.
