- 2 cups almond milk
- 1.5 cup fresh strawberries, tops removed
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Process almond milk and strawberries in a blender until smooth. Empty contents into a bow. Blend dates to a smooth paste in a food processor or high powered blender. You can use the soaking liquid to loosen it up. Stir chia seeds, date paste and vanilla extract in with the strawberry puree. Cover and refrigerate until desired consistency before eating.
