Soaked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup large flaked rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/8 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 4 – 5 whole almonds

 

In a small bowl or glass storage container with lid add oats, coconut milk, blueberries, raspberries, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined. Store overnight in the refrigerator with a lid on top. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and almonds. Enjoy.
