Smoothie Day Starter

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 large sweet apple
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 3-4 tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup berries (blueberry, raspberry)
  • 1/8 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp. coconut oil (optional)
  • 3-4 ice cubes (as needed and if desired)

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and process until smooth. Take your time and enjoy!
