Simple Avocado Chickpea Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley or cilantro
  • 2 tbs. green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Optional: chill powder
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to combine. Season with sea salt and pepper to desired taste. Serve and enjoy.
