Roasted Brussels Sprouts

 Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Brussel sprouts, ends trimmed and sliced in half
  • 1 – 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • A few dashes of sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place halved Brussels sprouts into a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for approximately 10 to 20 min depending on the size of the sprouts. Smaller ones will take about 10 minutes and very large ones can take up to 25 minutes.
