Protein Power Breakfast

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • ½ cup. sesame seeds
  • ½ cup. sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • Mixed berries

Grind all seeds together in your transformed coffee grinder (have a separate coffee grinder for your nuts and seeds). Place seeds in cereal bowl. Add honey and a small amount of hot water or hot milk substitute. Mix together and top with warmed mixed berries.
