Overnight Quinoa Almond Porridge

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup almond pulp
  • 1/2 cup. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • stevia to taste (optional)
  • chopped almonds to garnish (optional)

Divide all ingredients between two mason jars. Stir until incorporated. Place in refrigerator and let sit overnight. Remove and garnish with chopped almonds. Serve and enjoy.
