- 6 cups filtered water (or milk substitute)
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 scoops of hemp protein powder OR 8 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 medium avocado
- 4 cup of mixed seasonal greens
Place all ingredients in a blender, process for 1-2 minutes. Add a couple of ice cubes prior to blending if desired.
