On-the-go Morning Smoothie

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups filtered water (or milk substitute)
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 4 scoops of hemp protein powder OR 8 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 medium avocado
  • 4 cup of mixed seasonal greens

Place all ingredients in a blender, process for 1-2 minutes.  Add a couple of ice cubes prior to blending if desired.
