Lime Avocado Grilled Salmon

Serves 4


  • 4 fillets of salmon
  • 2 tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tsp. Smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. black pepper

Avocado salsa

  • 2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • sea salt to taste

Mix the salt, and spices and rub the salmon fillets with the mix. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Pre-heat the grill. Combine the avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl and mix well, chill until ready to use. Grill the salmon to desired amount. Top with the avocado salsa. Serve and enjoy.
