- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 – 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 bunches chard, rinsed and chopped
- 1 – 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sea salt
Heat an 11 or 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the oil and then the garlic, sauté for about 30 sec. Quickly add the chard; sauté for 5 min or until tender. Turn off heat, add the lemon juice and season to taste with sea salt.
