Lemon Garlic Sautéed Chard

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 – 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 bunches chard, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 – 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Sea salt

Heat an 11 or 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the oil and then the garlic, sauté for about 30 sec. Quickly add the chard; sauté for 5 min or until tender. Turn off heat, add the lemon juice and season to taste with sea salt.
