Fruit and Goat Yoghurt to Go

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain goat yoghurt
  • 1/2 peach, sliced
  • 3-4 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 walnuts

 

Mix vanilla and cinnamon with the goat yoghurt. Top with peach, strawberry, chia seeds and walnuts. Enjoy!
