Cinnamon Apple and Blueberry Quinoa Bowl

Serves 4


  • 1/5 cup quinoa
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon or more to taste
  • Tahini to drizzle on top
  • 6 cups filtered water

Blend dry quinoa in blender to make into a powder Bring water to a boil in a pot, add quinoa and simmer with a lid on. Stir regularly so that it doesn’t stick to bottom. Cut apple into small pieces while cooking quinoa. Once quinoa is cooked, (approximately 10 minutes) take off heat and add chopped apples, blueberries and cinnamon. Separate into bowls and drizzle tahini on top.
