- 4 cups organic mixed berries (fresh or if frozen, thawed)
- ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- Sliced almonds or nuts of choice
Add all ingredients, except toppings, to a food processor and blend until well combined. Allow to firm up in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Top with sliced almonds Can be made at night, to be eaten in the morning.
