Berries and Yoghurt

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tbsp. of your choice raw: seeds, hemp nuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, pecans, cashews
  • 1/4 cup organic strawberries, sliced
  • 2 – 3 tbsp. of frozen organic blueberries

Add ½ tsp of vanilla to plain yogurt and mix well.  Add toppings and enjoy!
