- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Sprinkle of cinnamon to taste
- 1 tbsp. of your choice raw: seeds, hemp nuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, pecans, cashews
- 1/4 cup organic strawberries, sliced
- 2 – 3 tbsp. of frozen organic blueberries
Add ½ tsp of vanilla to plain yogurt and mix well. Add toppings and enjoy!
